Transit, Handling & Order Cut off Time Domestically:

In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 2– 8 days (Monday to Friday). The order cut-off time will be 2 pm AEST. Domestic order handling time is 1- 2 business days (Monday to Friday). 

 

Delivery Terms:

We mainly use AUSPOST to deliver your product. We are not responsible if you gave us a wrong address. We are also not responsible if AUSPOST or other Shipping Carriers is unable to deliver or gain access to the address you supplied.

 

Change of Delivery Address:

Parcels Damaged In Transit:

If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with the next steps.
